The MicroFit FAS-2 System is a FDA-registered medical device that provides standardized measurement of body weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, arm strength, back flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Designed to work with the MicroFit HealthWizard software, this collection of medical devices interacts directly with your computer for fast, easy and accurate fitness assessment.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Join us for our NEW Aqua Blast Class! In this water fitness class, you will take your fitness to the next level by focusing on High-intensity Interval Training followed by 10-15 minutes of core. If you’re looking for a low-impact workout that is also fun and challenging, join us in this new class and let’s have a Blast!

The Zumba pool party! Integrating Zumba with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together in a safe, challenging cardio workout.

Want to try yoga? Join this introductory class. Learn basic poses and breathing techniques from Peggy Reisser, an AAFA-certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, mind-body instructor and Kroc Centergy instructor. Basic fitness necessary, but no yoga experience required. (Each class limited to 10).

Not sure how to set up your bike or how that resistance knob works? Beginner Ride will teach you proper indoor cycling form and basics in a fun environment with energetic music. Cardio and endurance training, burning calories, and building lean muscle can all be taken to the next level.

Calling New Moms, Seasoned Moms, and Moms to-be! Bond with your baby while getting in a great workout using your baby as weight. Moms-to-be can modify exercises to maintain a strong and active pregnancy. Drop the weights, grab your baby, and meet other moms. (Babies ages 6 weeks – crawling are welcome. Bring your baby carrier for a full body workout.) Tuesday & Thursday 11am-12pm

You can make the most out of R30, no matter if you are just starting an exercise program or have been racing bikes for years. Since the bike is completely adjustable, you are in control. SilverSneakers is an industry-leading fitness program for older adults. it includes light cardio, weight training, balance, and stretching.

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform seated & standing postures that increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Sunrise Yoga synchronizes movement and breath which helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony in a 60-minute class. Sequences will flow smoothly between poses guided by breathing cues. Each class is uniquely devoted to Christian ideals, and may include the variations of Sun Salutations, standing postures, deep relaxation, and more. Come join the community and start the day with designated time to reflect, move, and connect with your body and mind.

Improve core strength, tone, flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength using water weights, aqua belts, and noodles. Effective for various physical limitations. *Partially uses deep end of the pool.

Spin HIIT is a NEW fast-paced cycling class that combines quick bursts of work followed by periods of rest. Interval training has proven to provide faster results in less time. Add in a motivating instructor and music to keep you moving, and this may be your ticket to seeing better cardiovascular results!

Yoga offers a forum for children to exercise independently in a noncompetitive, yet focused environment. The fun and inspirational class encourages a child’s imagination with engaging songs and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility. This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class. 45 minutes.

Youth enrolled in yoga club will improve strength, flexibility, mental focus, and coordination. Children will learn how to center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques and will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, creativity and self expression. 45 minutes

Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, self-awareness and self-control, while learning to live mindfully and be supportive of one another. Barre None™ is a fun, energetic, low-impact workout that uses techniques from Ballet, Pilates, and yoga to tone the body; combining strength, balance and flexibility exercises that will get your heart rate going. Our barre equipment will ensure a full body workout, that can modified for any fitness level. There’s no dance experience required, so leave your inhibitions at the door and come be the best version of yourself – Barre None!

Rowing works 84% of the muscles in our body, focusing on legs, glutes, shoulders, arms and back. Rowing is an amazing strengthening workout and burns tons of calories.
