The MicroFit FAS-2 System is a FDA-registered medical device that provides standardized measurement of body weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, arm strength, back flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Designed to work with the MicroFit HealthWizard software, this collection of medical devices interacts directly with your computer for fast, easy and accurate fitness assessment.

The Zumba pool party! Integrating Zumba with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together in a safe, challenging cardio workout.
Want to try yoga? Join this introductory class. Learn basic poses and breathing techniques from Peggy Reisser, an AAFA-certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, mind-body instructor and Kroc Centergy instructor. Basic fitness necessary, but no yoga experience required. (Each class limited to 10).

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BodyFlow is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body, and your life. BodyPump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weight with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

In a BODYSTEP Athletic class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
Spend 45 minutes building core strength and improving flexibility, all while bonding with your baby. This class is suited for prenatal mothers all the way up to mothers with toddlers. Pilates with Mom is designed to help you build functional strength that will translate to your daily activities with baby. Sunrise Yoga synchronizes movement and breath which helps develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony in a 60-minute class.
