GROUP FIGHT
An electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements kicks your cardio fitness to the next level; defining your body and self-confidence! Group Kick will knock you out!

GROUP CENTERGY
Grow longer and stronger as you explore this 60 minute fusion of yoga and Pilates. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile.

GROUP CORE
Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Get ready for functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, a weight plate, a towel and a platform – all to challenge you like never before.

Not sure how to set up your bike or how that resistance knob works? Beginner Ride will teach you proper indoor cycling form and basics in a fun environment with energetic music. Cardio and endurance training, burning calories, and building lean muscle can all be taken to the next level.

RIDE THE RIDGE
Looking for an indoor cycling class in a fun environment?  Try our classes up on The Ridge! A non-impact cardio workout that helps improve cardiovascular fitness, increases metabolism & boosts weight loss.

RIDE 30
Ride 30 is the same as our Ride the Ridge class, just all the fun compacted into 30 minutes! You will get the same atmosphere, motivation, and cardiovascular workout, with more time to spare elsewhere. Come and try it out!

RIDE 30 +
Ride 30 plus 10-20 min. of strength training.

SPIN ‘N SCULPT
An hour long cycling class that not only gets your heart rate up and your legs moving, but it also is targeted towards toning the legs.

JUMP START SATURDAY

FIT MOM AND ME

Tuesday/Thursday 11am
Calling New Moms, Seasoned Moms, and Moms to-be! Bond with your baby while getting in a great workout using your baby as weight. Moms-to-be can modify exercises to maintain a strong and active pregnancy. Drop the weights, grab your baby, and meet other moms.

*Babies ages 6 wks.- crawling welcome. Bring your baby carrier for a full body workout.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC
SilverSneakers is an industry-leading fitness program for older adults. it includes light cardio, weight training, balance, and stretching.

SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA
SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform seated & standing postures that increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

BEGINNER CENTERGY
Want to try yoga? Join this introductory class. Learn basic poses and breathing techniques from Peggy Reisser, an AAFA-certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, mind-body instructor and Kroc Centergy instructor. Basic fitness necessary, but no yoga experience required. (Each class limited to 10).

INTRO TO TRX
Developed byNavy SEALs, TRX develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Requires the use of the Suspension Trainer, a portable training tool that leverages gravity using body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
